The Officer who teaches the TRACK Program for the Durango Police Department is Rob Haukeness or "Officer Hawk". He's the TRACK Teacher and School Resource Officer at Riverview, Needham, and Park Elementary Schools. The Deputy who teaches the TRACK Program for the La Plata County Sheriff's Office is Mike Latham or "Deputy Mike". He's the TRACK Teacher and School Resource Officer at Sunnyside, Animas, Florida, Fort Lewis Elementary Schools. And as of 2006 he is now teaching the TRACK Program at Bayfield & Ignacio schools.  Deputy Mike is also helping with safety issues and teaching other classes at Bayfield & Ignacio Middle Schools and High Schools.
